*What we are looking for in a Team member*:

We are looking for a Field Service Manager to team up with our customers, sales team, and engineering group to help create a world-class installation and operation experience with our product.  This person will lead our field service team in an effort to help enrich the lives of our customers.  This position will impact and shape our company’s future success and help open doors.  We are looking for someone self-motivated, positive, and excited about making an impact, innovations, and world-class customer experience.

*Primary Responsibilities*:

  • Develop and manage a field service strategy for our product

  • Travel to sites to manage or conduct start-up & field service calls

  • Support and answer customer and job site questions

  • Generate quotes for start-ups, field service visits, and issue resolution

  • Manage start-up and field service schedule

  • Create and train a network of local contractors to assist in service calls

  • Work with customers to answer questions and resolve field issues to help develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers

  • Work with marketing, sales, and engineering to help develop and sell a product service plan

  • Perform research and convey ideas to prevent the re-occurrence of issues and improve product design

  • Work with engineering and sales team on new opportunities and product development to help minimize start-up time and prevent service issues before they can happen

  • Provide status reports to the organization

  • Create presentations and conduct training classes on our product service requirements

  • Monitor and manage costs associated with the field service group 


*Basic Qualifications*:

  • Min. H.S. diploma

  • Min. 5 years of field service experience on Dehumidifiers, HVAC, or other air handling equipment

  • Working knowledge of electrical and sheet metal design

  • Min. 4 years of experience with PLC, controllers, or other smart controls

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Very good organizational and time management skills

  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively

  • Professional, positive, and motivated personality


*Preferred Qualifications*:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  • Min. 2 years experience as field service manager

  • Experience with dehumidifiers

  • Based out of Atlanta or the southeast US.

  • Good technical writing skills.

  • Sales experience
