What we are looking for in a Team member:
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Wiring Technician to join our dehumidifier production team, focusing primarily on terminating wires throughout the unit and wiring components within the unit itself. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing top-quality, reliable products. You will play a key role in wiring internal electrical components and ensuring electrical systems inside the unit are installed efficiently, safely, and to specification.
Primary Responsibilities:

Install and route internal wiring between unit-mounted components (e.g., sensors, motors, contactors, switches)

Terminate wires from internal components to the control panel or terminal blocks

Read and follow electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams for unit wiring

Verify wire and breaker sizing for unit components per NEC/UL standards

Use multi-meters and other tools to confirm continuity, troubleshoot, and validate proper connections

Install and mount electrical hardware and sensors inside the unit in accordance with drawings and engineering specs

Adjust component placement inside the unit for maximum efficiency and serviceability

Collaborate with Engineering to refine wiring methods and contribute to design for manufacturability

Identify and help implement process improvements that reduce rework and improve quality

Maintain neat and safe internal wiring layout using good electrical practices

Prepare units for QC inspection by ensuring all electrical work is complete and accurate

Communicate wiring issues or opportunities for improvement to Production and Engineering teams

Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety protocols
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly role

Strong knowledge of electrical wiring in a production setting

Ability to read and interpret ladder logic and electrical schematics

Proficient with standard electrical hand tools and multi-meters

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Positive, professional, and proactive attitude

Able to lift and maneuver components and work inside medium-to-large units

Salary: Based on experience.

Hours: 4 Day work week - 6AM to 5PM Monday – Thursday. Some overtime as needed.
