Our team members have a diverse range of experiences and capabilities, and each one takes great pride in offering our customers first-rate service. Kacy, the future-oriented visionary, is constantly sharpening Innovative Air Technologies' master plan. He enjoys all aspects of running the company, but his true passions are sales and engineering. His major focus is ensuring that IAT can provide customers with the resources they need to solve their humidity problems, as well as providing clients with a great relationship they will value for years to come. Prior to starting Innovative Air in 2001, Kacy worked full time for Low Humidity Systems, which his father Jerry owned since 1981. He was born and bred on Desiccant Dehumidification.
Crystal has been with Innovative Air Technologies since the beginning back in 2001. She even was working for Jerry back at Low Humidity Systems. She has 17+ years' combined in customer service and all areas of office functions. She is an excellent multi-tasker and works hard to see successful completion of all tasks.
Jeff joined IAT in 2010. He currently manages all scopes of the oprations at Innovative Air Technologies from initial job timeline to the final test and performance. His ongoing mission is to create an experience that is "tell your friends" worthy. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in 2006. His professional background includes consulting, management, and customer service. Jeff currently resides in McDonough, Georgia with his wife Heidi and three children - AJ, Ty, and Mark.
If you are ever looking for someone who has experienced it all, look no further than Jerry. He has over 46 years of experience in the desiccant dehumidification and humidity control field. He owned and operated Low Humidity Systems from 1981-2001, when he decided to semi retire and come to work for IAT as a humidity consultant. He served in the United States Air Force from 1959-1963.
