Production Associate
We believe in something bigger, something greater than ourselves.

V-Vision
Company Vision:
At Innovative Air Technologies, we exist to Enrich Lives. Every decision we make and every product we build is driven by our passion to continuously innovate every process — from engineering design to final assembly.
Position Vision:
The Production Associate is essential to bringing IAT’s high-performance dehumidification systems to life. This team member will not only assemble and build custom units but also collaborate with Engineering and Fabrication to improve manufacturability, reduce lead time, and elevate quality. Your role will directly impact the delivery of a world-class product — every time, every unit.

C-Challenges
To thrive in this role, the Production Associate must be prepared to take on the following challenges: Custom Build Environment: Our systems aren’t off-the-shelf. Each unit is unique and requires careful attention to build details, material handling, and fit/finish.
• Time vs. Quality Balance: Meeting daily job schedules while upholding high standards of precision and performance can be a tough balancing act.
• Problem Solving on the Floor: Unexpected fit, parts, or design questions may arise — you’ll need to think critically and collaborate with engineering to resolve them quickly.
• Keeping Things Moving: Delays in one build station can ripple through production. Your consistency, communication, and organization will be key.
• Mindset of Improvement: We don’t settle. You'll be expected to help spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to build, seal, assemble, and prep units.
E- Expectations
IAT’s expectations for a successful Production Associate include:
• Build with Precision: Assemble unit frames, skids, panels, and components using welds, rivets, and fasteners based on CAD drawings and good mechanical practices.
• Stay on Track: Monitor progress on your daily job schedule and help move projects through production on time.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate with Engineering and Fabrication on design adjustments, improvement ideas, or production issues as they arise.
• Focus on Fit & Finish: Caulk, gasket, and seal units carefully to ensure airtight performance and minimize rework.
• Be a Quality Gatekeeper: Review product thoroughly before release to the next stage to confirm everything is complete and correct.
• Innovate on the Floor: Look for and help implement process improvements, better tools, and smarter assembly standards to reduce rework and lead time.
• Stay Organized: Keep your workspace clean, safe, and well-stocked. Participate in daily cleanup and safety efforts.
• Be Responsive: Answer emails and requests from your team and Engineering in a timely and professional manner.
• Live the IAT Way: Stay positive, motivated, and driven by IAT Core Values. Take pride in what you build and the impact it has on our customers and the world.
